Sovi Chenin Blanc

Introducing a new level of Sovi sophistication: a new line of Reserve non-alcoholic wines. Our 2021 Chenin Blanc has notes of honeydew melon, pear and Meyer lemon. Beautifully textured on the palate with crisp acidity. Clarksburg is well known for producing vibrant Chenin Blanc, a late ripening grape and this wine hails from a single vineyard there. The cooling breezes help to maintain fresh acidity, and warm sunny days allow for even ripening. We were so impressed by this particular lot that we held it back to give it extended aging it on its lees for 12 months to develop nuanced aromas. Food Pairings: Roasted chicken or turkey, winter squash soup, oysters, and dishes with cream sauces. Sovi is alcohol-removed wine (contains less than 0.5% ABV) made from certified sustainably grown grapes in the Clarksburg AVA of California without any added flavors or unnecessary sugars.
