Sovi's mission was to craft a non-alcoholic wine that has everything they wanted in a red: depth, body, something that could stand up to and be enjoyed with food. A dry red blend of Syrah, Malbec, Petite Sirah and other red grape varieties with notes of black raspberry, cherry and vanilla. On the palate, the juicy fruit notes are balanced by soft tannins and a touch of refreshing acidity. Pair this with roasted vegetables, grilled meats, charcuterie, and aged hard cheeses such as cheddar and gouda Sovi is alcohol-removed wine made from 100% certified sustainably grown grapes in the Clarksburg AVA of California without any added flavors or unnecessary sugars.
