NA Beer Bread!
Yes! It is possible to make beer bread with non-alcoholic beer. After I had everything mixed together, I noticed the recipe said if you use non-alcoholic beer to also add yeast. I don't have dry yeast in my cupboard so I skipped that part. I think that might have made the texture a little "fluffier" and would have slightly enhanced the flavor. But for a first try, I think it came out OK!
